contact the marketplace manager. Rendo have stated before that the marketplace license is the primary document, and that the vendor cannot impose more restrictions on use in the readme. That shoyuld have been caught during product testing though and the item flagged if the usual marketplace license does not apply.

At least thats what I believe has been stated.
