Daz studio had a plugin to export poses in Poser format. I dont know if its still needed for the latest version of Daz studio.

To save a complete character id Poser open the figures library, select the figure in your scene and press the + near the bottom. You will get a dialog on saving the figure, just follow the prompts.
You can IMPORT one poser scene into another , just load one scene and select file , import, and select the poser scene to add.

Save a render via file, export, image and follow the prompts. There are probably other ways.
