I offered because I thought there was no offer about apollo's forum. According to my experience running forum over three years,  to install and setup forum software is easy part,  most difficult part is daily maintenance (security update, database optimization, installing and updating extensions like gallery, and avoiding SPAMs) .  It's bothers me,  so I'm glad if someone can do.

And if you are using rental server like DreamHost or something else, you can setup new domain (site) easily from control panel without deleting current contents.
