If you have Poser and Bryce you should be good to go. Daz studio is still free and might be worth a look if your Poser version is a bit old. Current Poser is Poser 8 I think. 

There are a number of free modelling application like blender, anim8or and wings3d.

There was a cheap version of Vue , I cant say if its much better than Bryce for landscapes.

Look at www.videohelp.com  for video editing tools, there are some free editors or you can use Windows movie maker that came with windows xp.
