Its all crazy.
But what is the "correct" way for a morph target to look like at these welded vertices.
What must be done so that the morph is really "smooth".
I noted assigning the same morph target delta to the welded vertices in the different actors seem to OFTEN make a smooth morph, but somehow, not always :(
I really wonder how they compute those normals :(
