yes, that's a good production rate.  at 15 min. per frame, it works out to 3 weeks (5 days per
week, 8 hrs pr day).  anything more than 15 min. per frame and it's time to hire some 3D gofers.
they'll actually work much longer hours for almost no money (or so I heard).
