OH YA....one more detail I forgot to mention....I realize that depth of field and soft shadow will take longer to render. However, Bryce 5 seems to think that everything should take 3 times as long even with all the "cool" stuff turned off. I waited 3 1/2 hours for that small render I mentioned earlier...it took 35 minutes in Bryce 4. And I know what your thinking..man this guy's computer must be junk....Bryce 4, 3d studio MAX, and Lightwave 5.6 all run on the same machine....they have NEVER locked up and still haven't to this day. Thats my two bits. WAIT TO BUY BRYCE 5!!!!! It'll save you alot of headaches....
