I think that has been done mate...bout a year back there was some charity soliciting 1,000,000 images that would each be 1 pixel in a larger work....something like that, IIRC

 

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again
