I use IE8 too. Got this from the site originally but have just tried it from Pixiv and it worked.

Try clicking on the link on the above page that ends '12.zip' above and to the right of the picture. This opens a new tab for me and the address is repeated at the top of the page. Click on that and the download should start. The file is just call '12'.
