Well you have some options :)
The simplest way of changing the colour is to change the diffuse colour on the PoserSurface. it will nomally be white, but changing it to another colour will basically overlay the image map plugged into it with whichever colour you choose.
For a but of variation you could use a cloud node, change the 2 colours on the node to whatever you want, then plug the image map into both colour sockets. then connect the output of the cloud node to the diffuse node on the poser surface (leave the diffuse colour at white).
