AN UPDATE ON THIS PROBLEM!

I have discovered that if you save your file in Pz3 format and then reopen it, the OpenGL problem goes away.  I spoke with Bagginsbill about this and he thinks it might be related to the "file/new" option in the 64 bit version of PoserPro2010.   So any new file created in the program may exhibit the OpenGL mess.  To get rid of it, just save your character as a Pz3 and then reopen it.  Voila!  No more OpenGL problem.  You can also now add new characters/clothing or whatever and it seems to remain stable, for me anyway.

Why this fixes it, I don't know.  I have reported the issue to Smith Micro, so hopefully one their techs can figure it out.  But the problem definitely does not lie with ATI Radeon cards, so don't waste your time updating drivers and reinstalling.  It's quite obviously PP2010 related, but this is a quick fix for now.  Thank me later, I guess.

ha, ha.

As always, Bill...thanks for your responses and assistance.

Even though it's not fixed...at least we can work around it now and get our OpenGL back.
