Basicly, Paramount leaves things alone for fanworks and such. Once money is being made, however, Paramount tends to put the boots to the offender. It's a nice likeness, but Star Trek characters, props, and/or ships just cannot be sold since someone else holds the copyright on all those things. Pity. Greywolf
