Yep, that wiki article shows exactly that the limit is not a 32 bit address space limit but a licencing limit - the 32 bit version of Win2003 supports 4/8/64/128 GB RAM depending on the licence, they are the same codebase.

You can't.

You can - article on Ars Technica on removing the limit from 32 bit versions of Vista/Win 7.

Let me know if this works for you.

It indeed worked-they are reeling me in  $124.99 poorer, and I'll be using PP2010, which I didn't think I'd be able to afford.

Many Thanx!!

My counterpart tried it and got a 40% off coupon; Since I got 50%, we don't need the 40%, and according to the rules they can be given away, so if anyone wants it, drop me a PM.

My take on this version (PP2010) so far has been quite positive. It is far more stable than Poser 8, and will soon be replacing Poser 7 as my default Poser app, as soon as I have VSS and Matmatic and all those other necessities of Poser life installed.

I've removed Poser 6 permanently, as well as Silo (should have done that ages ago) and some other space hogs so PoserPro has a nice clean home to live in.
(Might even removed Elements 8 now that I have CS 3, but it's really not that big and there is still so much to learn in that fantastic programme).

Thank goodness for that half-off sale: I never would have been able to swing $249 for a sidegrade (mind you, I can see how it would have been worth it).

As far as how it runs: reasonably well, not unlike Poser 8, just more stable.
