Kill the process and then reboot. Then go into the temp folder Poser uses and delete anything ginormous in there taking up room (150MB TMP files for example). Then just open Poser and then close it so that Poser can reset itself and GUI and all. Then open Poser again and try loading your project. By then your hard drive will have cleared out any swapfile (virtual RAM) space that was filling your drive from the crash.
