I seem to recall reading that re-running the Flash installer in Wine uninstalls it, rather than installing the new version, so try reinstalling Flash.

I have my Poser installed to a subdirectory of my Documents folder, and I symlink it into the Wine C drive, so if things get too screwy I can just blow away the .wine directory and start anew without having to reinstall Poser.  Likewise with the external runtimes...
