Um, not exactly.  Sometimes, hack attempts present themselves as popups and other nasties, but they almost never enter your computer that way.  Our site programmers do their best to test out every new piece of software before implementing them.  
(Our Marketing guy is new and didn't know better yet.  Please don't strap him to the bonfire just yet.  He learned from the "Full Sail  University" ad.)
