I've heard of a lot of problems with Win 7 as well.

MS should've just stuck with perfecting XP for the next decade until they really had a sound and quality successor.

It might also be the ancient 1.2 working with a newer OS. You can write to these guys and ask if they have a demo or a newer freebee that you can preview in Vista.
