Yes it does but you're still going to be stuck with the hollow tube effect.  Maybe you'll get away with it.  The "skin" is the Poser figure, for all intents and purposes.  There is only the surface layer.  Plus, as I mentioned in an earlier post, inner mouth parts and eyes.  And, if you need them, hair and clothes.

There is no skeleton figure in any Poser model, btw.   That's an additional conforming figure.
