I can't tell tech support how to replicate my problem. I guess when they can't - they fall back on known issues that cause similar problems. Which is well and good and that may help most of the time. But some people tend to think one fix fits all and not actually listen/hear what the customer is actually saying.It seems to be better since I took P7 off but shrugs that is really a hard statement to make with a fluctuating inconsistent problem. I will try to be more vigilant to conflicts, thanks to Doran's post and John's help and patience. I will see if I can find a culprit also.
Nice to know we are not alone! Why not go ahead and report it to Smith Micro - at least that will be two of us in the books. :)
