Okay, I see by your post that Poser has been set up into the default Program Files of W7.  Big mistake.  Although you have installed as administrator, UAC is not allowing any access to your M3 Morph pack.  My recommendation, reinstall Poser onto your core Hard drive as well as your content.  Best bet, you're just encountering an access denied situation.
