Ok, the scoop ;o)....

I installed the head morphs in the usual way the first time - just ran the installer. The head morphs did NOT inject.

The second time, before reinstalling, I right-clicked the installer, clicked on Properties, went to the compatibility tab, checked compatibility for Windows XP SP2 and also checked Run As Administrator at the bottom of that screen. I then ran the installer and the head morphs now work.

Oh, and I know you're using Poser 7. I'm using 8 and got the same result the first time. It's the bloody installer ;o).
