Education and respect to the other person prevents sexual behavior. Have you tried to have sex with a good friend? Difficult right? Because there is respect and both don't want to ruin their friendship while they need each other to survive school.

Deprive the other of human connection and you will have more teenage pregnancies and spineless fathers.
