Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 21 6:06 am)
^^
Even then, it may not appear - I had the same problem yesterday and had to shut down Poser and restart it just to get the "+" back. Frankly, the Library is a piece of feyu in PP2010; sometimes, the simplest methods don't work, it's an ergonomic nightmare, and it takes too freakin' long to load. There are some good and notable concepts behind it, but in practice, it just plain sucks - esp. since it is so completely non-integrated with the program interface. SmithMicro has really screwed up Poser, I must say - lots more capabilities, and lots more headaches, and the two aren't even vaguely related, unfortunately.
I am so stupid sometimes.....I wasn't in the material room....I was a baaaaad boy.
Thanks everyone!
Heh it's easy to get a bit spoiled by loading stuff from the materials library without actually being in the materials room eh ;)
To add a little balance to this thread, the Poser Pro 2010 library is fabulous. :O)
You can wish me a Happy Birthday in early October.
Not that I believe in that stuff... all things considered.

Hello all,
I have created a texture for a clothing figure and applied it to my figure and now I want to save it as a .mat file inside the poser pro 2010 libraries but I can't figure out how. With earlier versions of poser I'd just select the item with all the textures, open the material room, go the libraries plalette and select the "+" to add it. I can't seem to do it this way in PP2010 or else I am missing a step. I would like to know how mat files are saved in PP2010. Thanks!
