That's exactly the reason. If someone didn't abuse a rule somewhere, stupid rules would not be in place. If you like, you can blame it on all those before you who tried to skirt the rules already in force at the time. They don't just pull these things out of their butts.

Starkdog, I would make sure their ISP knows what that site is up to. Quickest way to get them shut down ;o).
