I wanted to follow up with this so everyone knows. CJ-Studio took care of this and was super professional about it. The model renders perfectly, the textures are awesome in 3Delight and the options are still the best I've seen to date. I can even use the shaders with skin textures from other vendors and it still loos good.

If anyone has any hesitations about buying CJS's models I can tell you I will be buying more very soon, they're that good!
