It appears to me that despite I export her welded, some body parts get disconnected, for example the head comes of the neck, and the hand is disconnected from the arm. Is this intended or a Poser problem? Thanks :)

What are you trying to do, and are you exporting the whole figure, or just parts of it?

It's usually not a good idea to use  the "Weld body part seams" option. Try using only the "As Morph Target..." and "Include existing groups ..." options when you export the obj.
