The best eggs that I manage to fry are gotten by putting a lid on the skillet when the egg is about forty percent, and sometimes adding a little splash of water to steam things up. I hate when the rooster semen is not cooked. It is really gross to me. Hard edges are a turn off as well.
The egg frying in the hot sun pic looks good, but you need some steam coming off of it.
