Kerkythea has unbiased SSS in a free renderer. But it is missing displacement I think.

FWIW, it's not easy getting Poser scenes into Kerky, even with PoseRay. You still have to set up every single texture by hand. Doable, but takes forever. Good luck with that ;o).
