Quote -  It's because the thumbnails are RSR files. Poser, up to P7 had an automatic RSR-to-png converter built in. For some reason that was scrapped with the new library, ao any file that has ONLY rsr thumbnails will now have the shrugging man.

IIRC, there's a free rsr2png converter here in free stuff :)
