'fraid i can't help ya, though. :/ i use delphi, which has ten megs. for telnet access to them, its only 34$ a year (er, last i checked). dunno how they would react to any vast number of hits, though. also, they are kinda slow and sometimes flaky. (if you go to www.delphi.com, you'll probably see a buncha stuff about signing up for a free account. that is different than the 'real' users and telnet accounts, but that stuff SHOULD be in there somewhere. you can also email them and ask.)
