You can move the Folders from Virtual Store back to where you want them in Program Files, but it will happen again. The best bet is to reinstall with the Content in a Shared Folder and only the Program in Program Files Folder.

That is the default option. The last option is for if you keep your Content on another location (I use that because I use Network Drives.)
