that had me puzzled. John, you reffering to the problem in Windows 7 32bit RC 1 build 7100 where the permissions for folders written off the Root was not completely written causing non Admins to have issues using said folders?

that was fixed in the next build. and 7100 is no longer in use (unless it's been hacked) since it timed out some time ago...

it's no longer an issue. Win7 has no problems using user created folders off Root.
