You won't be able to use Content Paradise within Poser because you don't have an internet connection on that computer, but that wouldn't affect the rest of the Poser program so there's nothing to worry about there.

That's why you should continue your dialog with support. Because people here have no or outdated knowledge. Poser can search Content Paradise in addition to the local files with SR3 and for that tries to get search parameters from the internet.
But this error is as I said irritating and irrelevant, the next one is more relevant, but tell support about it.
