I am wondering if where we placed the files and installed it from could possibly have anything to do with it.
Like you, I have LuxPose installed and it opens and appears to run correctly. yet I do not see that it affects the eported file.

I used the Poser 8RuntimePythonposerScriptsPoserLuxExporter_alpha_1-10eAIR Folder and ran the LuxPose.air file from there.

Did you do the same?

Using WinVista HP 64 Bit and the 64bit LuxRender.
