About what? The review system is for ppl that bought your product to leave feedback. MOST do not!!!
If they do 99% of the time it's positive, They do have to make the effort to go back and look up the product page and click through.
More effort then it's worth most times. But you can leave a response if you wish.
Outright hostility  though can be removed.

I believe as a new merchant your only allowed 3 products untill you reach 300 dollars in sales.
The one way around this limit is to partner with an established merchant.

Make banners- they really do help. Which reminds me- I got to get off my tookest and get mine uploaded again.

Oh- and don't think it's easy to make that first 300. Unless you have a super hot product it takes most people many months. This is a great hobby, but a great way to find the poor house. The real only way to do this as a liveing is to be hyper prolific in product production. In this one way texture makers have an easier time then modelers. It's easier to slap on many different texture to existing products then to actually make new models.
