The only thing you can do with clothes in Poser is:

1. You can create an article of clothing in another modeling program like Blender, Wings, Hexagon, etc. and import that object into Poser and use as a piece of dynamic clothing, or...

2. You can create a clothing mesh in another modeling program like those mentioned above and then import into Poser and set up the joints, etc. and make a conforming item from that.

1 is the easiest, 2 takes some know-how and practice.
