As for Southern-style- we have cracklins' (deep fried pork intestines)
Barbecue -(ranging from briscuit, mustard-based, dry-rubbed to NC 'pig in a blender'...actually, even the US gummint tried to classify barbecue and gave up...;)
Fried Twinkies, candy bars, etc.
The 4 Southern food groups; Salt, Sugar, Flour, and Lard...;)
