Thanks for the link.  However after registering with the aid of google translator (which wouldn't translate the page for some reason so I ended up doing it bit by bit with the text translator)  I think I completed the registration and got this message:

which google translated as: Registration is complete.
Please log in to the following page.

But when I enter my login name and pw it keeps getting rejected.   Is there some site glitch?  I'm pretty sure I did everything correctly otherwise I wouldn't have got the message that registration is complete, right?
