The YouTube poster says in the credits:

Ground texture from Arroway Textures

I've seen that city scene in plenty of other renders, though I don't know which Dosch kit it's from..

Still, pretty impressive!

Maybe there's hope for me still using my old Amphi Backdrop. :)
