Laurie has put in a lot of effort into organizing this endeavor, and she is right, can't control the content and nature of the posts.  There is a handful of testers already, with others silently waiting in the wings for something major to happen.  Numbers are small enough to handle.  Just generate some guidelines that can be simply implemented and followed.  Make easier for someone to track down information in one place rather than search in four.
