C4D-Exporter is using "acceltype". Don't know what it exactly does, but it seams to work :)
C4D-Exporter is using which acceltype? If I remember right, the default is kdtree. We could try some others and see if that changes the outcome. I'm pretty sure that that would constitute a bug, though, so one should be able to find info on that on Mantis.
