I was giving you  an  easy   alternate  option  that  would  not make  people wonder if you  have violated  EULA

maybe you  know this already   ...but   you  could try using  PMD  data to  create your own  pose file for the morph and it  is quite clean - no  software to  figure out- no  way  to  violate EULA.
 your  pose file will  look  at  the changed  params  in  the  PMD.

the data you  would  be creating ( and the i guess possibly  sharing)

would  be  a  pose file and  pmd file.
  only  the  part of the code that has been  changed  by  your  morph  shows  up  in the PMD  and therefore  the code you  would distribute  isnt  DAZS

The pose  file  and  PMD  would be kept togther in  your  POSE  library.

the pose file  is  what  would  show up  in  POSER  when you  go  to  the pose library  -  you  click it  and it  tells the CR2 to  look   at  the changed params  in the  PMD  ( a dial  will  load)

here's how you  do  it  it  might look annoying  here in  writing but it is very  easy  it takes  approx  60  seconds to  do  this  once  your  morph is complete and  your  figure is loaded and ready  to  go:

1.  apply  your  morph  to the head.

  1. delete  all morphs  from  the head  EXCEPT for yours
    3.  in  Poser preferences  menu turn  ON  USE EXTERNAL BINARY MORPH TARGETS

  2. save your figure to  fig library...you  can  name the figure "my head" or what have you

  3. turn  OFF   USE EXTERNAL BINARY MORPH TARGS !!!!!!!

in your figure library  you  will  now  see a CR2 file for "my head"  plus a PMD file

  1. now go  open any  text  editor  write this :

{
version
{
number 7
}
injectPMDFileMorphs MyFigure.pmd
}

a. Change the "MyFigure" above  to the name of the PMD  file  ( in this  case "my head")  also  you  can see i wrote  7   for  Poser  7,   change that  numeral to whatever poser version  you  have

7.Save this piece of text you have just  written to your pose library and name it myhead.pz2

  1. thru  Windows file explore  go  to  the figure library -  cut or copy ( cleanter to  cut)  that     myhead.pmd  file  out of there and paste in in pose library so  it sits there with your myhead.pz2 file.

DONE

 Test it by  starting a new scene,  load  Victoria  go  to your pose libraray  and you  will  se the pose "my head" - click  it  a dial  will load to the head.
