They changed the name and broke it out:"Windows Live Movie Maker is part of Windows Live Essentials and might already be installed on your computer. To see if Windows Live Movie Maker is already installed, click the Start button , type Windows Live Movie Maker, and see if it appears in the list of results. If it doesn't, you can download and install it for free from the Windows Live Movie Maker website."
You can also download an updated version of the original (v. 2.6) for Vista and (supposedly) Seven, if you want the extra functionality they removed from the "Live" version.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's wmv-centric :-)
