Hi JCleaver, Glad you like the set. I just checked the width of the driving lane and it is 113.5 inches wide as it is inner city. Sorry if I made it a little narrow by about 6 inches but that is just how it worked out. I wanted a closed in feeling between buildings. You know artistic license and all that. Most cars are around 6.5 feet wide so you should not have to scale them down, just watch for taxi drivers. :-) Also when this city was built the construction codes were not as unified. Probably due to crooked officials. :-) Trucks have a maximum width limitation of 94 inches I believe, so they will fit as well. The parking lane is 100.5 inches wide which is okay. Please keep in mind I built this set so the roads would actually have a crown to them. So adjust your cars position accordingly. If you really want to make the roads 12' wide simply scale the whole set by 126.8722 percent and then the roads will be 12' wide if that is what is important to you.
