I'm not sure you'll get a broad meaningful answer from here though.  Unfortunately I don't think enough people frequent this forum.  One mans most wanted item is another mans blue wig.

It's kinda hard for you average dynamic cloth smith to get an idea of what would sell, I can only say that a hard stare in what's hot to see what conforming stuff sells would be a bit of a start. 

Except you gotta do it better :) so playing to the strengths of dynamic stuff is the way to go.  Personally I don't think you can get much better than a dynamic skirt, conforming comes no where near.  Pants too really, no amount of morphing will get perfect folds in any pose. 

Anything super tight to the body might as well be conforming I think.  Any benefits offered by a dynamic version would be outweighed by the disadvantages. (namely it takes more time to run a cloth sim).
