I have a Hooded cape from PhilC that comes in both a dynamic and conforming version. It was an old freebie, I'm not sure if it's still available.

One thing I'd love to see, and which I've tried to make myself (without luck) is a proper toga. (and possibly a "bed sheet" variation too, for "toga parties"

But a real live, foot-long emperor's toga. Wow!
