Well, doesn't highly polished glass react like that in real life? o.0?

Any how, the wiki on LuxRender recommends that you lower both Kr and Kt (I think that's what the other one was anyway) and to make sure that they are roughly the same color so that reflection and transmission properties don't skew too heavily. Otherwise, pure white (1.0, 1,0, 1.0) is okay. Also, you may want to set the index of refraction to a different type for other glass effects. I think the link to a massive list was posted a bit earlier and should prove helpful.

And, am I seeing things or did part of the glass do a "ding" with the light? Lol, it's a really cool effect!
