It is looking good.  I agree about the trash cans.  The ribbed looked best for the can, with a smooth lid.  Perhaps slightly dented.

I do have a question.  How easy is it for the end user to change the material of the ground?  I have never seen a brick paved alley before.  It just seems off to me.
