sad to hear.. well, i've seen very cleverly lit renders in DS, so i guess it's time to undertake new learning curve to get the lights in DS the way i want them to be, at least the motivation is there...

Carrara 8 is also available for Mac.. i was wondering if i should skip DS altogether and just jump straight to Carrara?
