Quote - Hmm.....

It =looks= like the hair and dresses somehow get linked to a location out in the aether,  and the farther away the prop or hair is, the further it is rotated on the vertical axis. Do any of the distorted figures have a body handle? Another potential cause of this is manipulating them via the wrong set of dials. As most dresses are figures, you can manipulate them either from the 'body' designator, or the 'hip' designator. The problem being that you get into conflicting math that can result in gimbal lock, or adding a negative number to a negative and creating an undefined state. Check what the scaling was applied to, and see if that might be the issue.

Nope

The dresses/characters are all standard, no morphs/scaling/repositioning whatsoever, no dials twisted... just conformed
Besides, importing in Vue with Vue set to Poser 7 (the top half of the image) gives no problem, only when Vue is set to Poser8, the problems occur (bottom half, the exact same poser-scene).
But with import set to poser7, you don't have the benefit of the new scaling options in P8/PPro2010. And with import set to P8, it is a hit and miss situation, you never know in advance if it will work or not....

In the E-on forums there was also a member reporting the same kind of problem in Vue8.5

I also got a reply back on my support ticket from e-on; they will be checking this problem with the SmithMicro support people......
